Service Description

Awaken and rejuvenate your skin with this one hour custom Facial. It includes Steam cleansing, Exfoliation, Extractions, Application of a face mask and facial massage. All products are chosen for Your Skin Type and Your Skin Condition. For stubborn skin Microderm or a light Peel might be added to deeper exfoliate the skin.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of bookings. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please text 212.470.4203. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour prior to the booking may result in a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is when a customer fails to arrive for their booking without any prior notice or communication. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or retain a portion of the booking fee. If a CC is not on file, we may ask for a full payment when booking the next appointment. Deposit or Prepayment: For certain services or high-demand periods, we may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. These guidelines are in place to ensure fair scheduling, maximize our resources, and provide the best service to all our customers.
