Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of bookings. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please text 212.470.4203. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour prior to the booking may result in a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: A "no-show" is when a customer fails to arrive for their booking without any prior notice or communication. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or retain a portion of the booking fee. If a CC is not on file, we may ask for a full payment when booking the next appointment. Deposit or Prepayment: For certain services or high-demand periods, we may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
